SDA COLLEGE

An Entrance examination is being conducted by the college authority for the applicants of the B.A.M.S. course. Date of examination is given in the application form. The exam is divided into two groups, there are objective & subjective questions of 100 marks from the stream of Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Botany, One subjective question based on Ayurvedic systems of Medicine. Second group is of 50 marks based on viva-voice. Results regarding admission of candidates are declared by the college authorities according to merit & information to this effect is sent to the successful candidates, who have cleared in both the groups. Admission will be given as per the merit list and for this required formalities have to be complied with.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Educational Qualification

Candidate must have passed I.Sc.(Biology) or 10+2 from recognized University or Board. Candidates having other qualifications as per C.C.I.M. will be preferred eg. Uttar Madhyama done from Sanipurnanand Sanskrit University Varanasi (PCB, English) or equivalent Educational Qualification from Kameshwar Singh Darbhanga Sanskrit University will be preferred.

 

Age
  • In appearing years the candidate should not be less than 17 years of age.

  • Certificate of board examination required for date of birth.

 

Documents Required

Nationality Certificate : (Only for students from other states) Appearing candidate should be a citizen of India. He/She should produce domicile certificate or a court affidavit duly stamped by Notary Registrar.

Residential Certificate : (Only for local students) Candidate should have Indian citizenship and should fulfill the following conditions for residential purpose -

  • Candidate should have studied for at least 10 years from any School, University of the Jharkhand State.

  • The candidate whose father is an employee of Jharkhand State Government or an employee of Central Government on deputation in Jharkhand State.

  • Candidates falling under these categories can apply to get the required certificate from District Deputy Collector, S.D.O. and can apply for admission in prescribed format. This format is for local students and students from other states for domicile purpose.

Health Certificate :  Applicant must submit Health certificate. The certificate of health proof must be through Civil Asst. Surgeon/Ayurvedic/Tibate/Homeopathic Doctor of Govt. Hospital or by teacher of Govt. Ayurvedic/Tibate/Homeopathic Colleges.

 

Application Form & Prospectus

Application form & prospectus is available at the college counter on payment by cash of Rs.1000/- or by post through Demand Draft of Rs.1000/- drawn in favour of  "Principal, Suryamukhi Dinesh Ayurved Medical College", payable at Ranchi. One self Addressed envelope (10x4) affix with stamp of Rs.25/- should be sent along with D/D. No application will be entertained after the last date.

 

College Fee

The Management Committee of the college decides the fee structure regarding Tuition fee, Admission fee, Registration fee etc. The information will be given to the students before admission.
